Further detailed plans for the Paramount theme park to be built in Murcia were revealed on Friday. Jesus Samper, President for the company responsible for the project along with executives from Paramount licensing, revealed that the theme park will take four years to construct and will open in 2015.

The first area is..“City Adventure"

The second.........“Lost Valley”

CLEANERS AND KEY HOLDERS

Cheers Ged for that info very much appreciated. I was wondering if anyone knew of any cleaners/key holders in the Dona Pepa area as I am going to rent out my property and how much they charge.

i can highly recommend Lisa Newton, she has been doing it for 7 years now and she doesn't charge for being a key holder, she charges 40 euros for the clean including washing and a welcome pack, nothing is too much trouble for her contact her via email [email protected] tell her Jackie recommended

The one at La Marina is supposed to be good, the one at El Raso is very expensive. (according to family who have had them fitted)

I used to have a post box in Dona Pepa, however i know have all mail and parcels delivered to my house ... even items from Debenhams, Marks and Spencer, Sports direct , Argos , Amazon .. and touch wood .. all are fine ! Some come via courier and some through correos . Katya

MY BABY X

I've been here a few times and love it but this time I'm bringing a new addition.. my 19 month old baby! Does anyone know of any nice parks/things to do etc... thank you!

I would say the nicest park that you will find is just down the road in Guardamar 4 km from Quesada, it has a lovely park almost on the beach with ponds, ducks and even a play area. Next to it is the nature reserve so you get a lot all in one place.

We always take our little boy to the park just as you get to Torrevieja its lovely and has park, water and animals and birds.

There are several places we take our children...
Guardamar park ,, The park at La Marina Campsite, Park of Nations in Torrevieja, The castle at San Miguel .. it has ducks and things.

Without a doubt the two Javiers in Benimar are absolutely fantastic, I cannot praise them enough. They love dogs, pure and simple, please don't go anywhere else.

If you call in someone is always happy to have a chat with you, they are better than any vet I ever had in the UK.

We also use Benican. They are brilliant. We also use their "Poodle Parlour" for our little terrier.

The best we have found is in El Razo. Julian is his name he has been very good with our 3 dogs and they actually like going to see him. From Bobby's Bar Quesada
